Excel / VBA management for micro and small enterprises

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate the possibilities of managing a micro or small enterprise application using the Excel / VBA. For this task were studied with a review of the literature, including the financial area, production, marketing and human resources of a small fictional company. In this case we use a snack bar. Authors were consulted for each specific area; in finance were sought information from authors such as Gitman and Malaga; in production settings were consulted on the subject of Slack, field marketing books seek Kotler, and finally in human resources refer directly to an accounting office. The methodology used was to survey diagnosis, based on Martin e Theóphilo, which makes the survey of the problems in an organization and presents solutions. The study showed that the tool Excel / VBA can be a good alternative in terms of assistance with routine tasks of a micro or small business and also help the small business based on data provided to better manage your business..
